  9.     This application stores spells in an electronic spell book for viewing, editing, and storage.

  11.     The text based system is large and can be viewed by the command "?".
  12.     
  13.     The commands to run and use the GUI for this app, simply type "load" and then "viewBook".
  14.     
  15.     The app has the ability from the command line to both parse in spells by file and also to run scripts to parse in groups of files.
